“www.she-hot.com official website” supports no reason to return or exchange goods within 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods. PLEASE NOTE: For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges of sexy lingerie products due to non-quality issues.
1.Contact Customer Service
Please submit a return or exchange application on the website “My Account – My Order – Order Details” within 30 days after receipt of the package. In case of quality problems, please contact online customer service.
2.Fill out the return form
In the shopping list, please tick the items you need to return or exchange.
Please check that the products, labels and tags are complete, and confirm that the returned products comply with the following return and exchange rules; put the products you wish to return and the completed return form in the original box.
Always obtain a ‘Certificate of Posting’ form and retain it as proof of postage because we cannot be responsible for items that fail to reach us.
Items are returned to us at your own expense.
We never charge to send an exchanged item back to you.
Within 5 working days after your returned product passes the quality inspection of our after-sales team, we will return the received payment to the original payment method. The actual arrival time of the refund depends on different refund methods and the specific operations of different banks or other financial institutions, and it may take 10-15 working days.

4.Combination package products or gifts must be returned together and cannot be processed separately.
